本文以2000至2004年间在我国内地发表的4612篇中文期刊论文为样本,分析了近年来国内知识产权研究的主要趋势。研究发现,知识产权研究无论是在产出方式、研究机构、空间分布、研究主题、学科偏向、还是研究方法的使用上,都表现出较强的非均衡性。分析表明,知识产权研究在国内已经受到了广泛的关注,但与国际知识产权研究的趋势还有一定的差异。文章认为,国内知识产权研究应该更多地以合作的方式,从多学科的角度进行定量的实证研究,尝试更多的研究方法,同时注意研究的深度与研究规范的提升。

Based on a literature review of 4612 journal articles from 2000 to 2004, this study depicted the trends of Intellectual Property (IP)research of mainland China. Statistics showed that there was a misbalance in production style, geographical distribution, research subjects, disciplinary preference and adoption of research methodology. We concluded that despite a widespread interest in IP research in mainland China, there is still a gap between the research status quo and the trend of international IP studies. A more balanced research scenario could be developed with more emphasis on empirical studies with synthetically approaches.
