摘要

愈来愈多的组织发现,团队是提高组织绩效的有效途径。文章首先辨析了团队、团队领导和团队效能的内涵。在此基础上,文章以三种最新的领导理论,即:交易型领导、转换型领导和家长型领导,为研究对象,讨论了不同类型团队领导对团队绩效的影响机理。

Abstract

More and more organizations have discovered that teams offer an effect way to improve organization performance. Firstly, the intensions of team, team leader and team performance are analyzed. Secondly, the impact mechanism of different types of team leaderships on team performance is discussed, which take the three up-to-date leadership theories, that is, transactional leadership, transformational leadership and paternalistic leadership, as the research objects.
