本文在创新理论和协同学的基础上,通过考察海尔集团20年创新与发展历程,从理论和实证角度分析了企业技术与制度创新协同动态性,提出了企业生命周期的不同阶段,创新协同体现出技术创新主导型、制度创新主导型、技术创新与制度创新共同主导型等三种模式及其动态演化过程。

Based on the innovation theory and synergetics, by investigation of the twenty years of Haier's development, the article studies of firm's innovation synergy and its dynamic evolvement from theoretical and positive views. And three synergic modes: technology innovation domination, institution innovation domination and co-innovation of technology and institution domination and their dynamic evolvement are brought forward in the article.
