摘要

政策评估的利益相关者模式给了我们关于政策评估的新视角,本文主要针对政策评估的利益相关者模式进行分析,探讨其对中国政策制定的启示,并且以政府价格决策听证制度为例运用该模式进行分析,提出改进听证制度的建议,探索政策评估的利益相关者模式在中国的具体应用。

Abstract

Policy evaluation is very important for policy science. This paper focuses on stakeholder model of policy evaluation. It begins from analyzing the implications and characteristics of this model, then probes into applying the model by the example of hearing on price, and finally, gives some suggestion of improving hearing on price.
