研究了组织资源对战略转移可能性的影响,通过资源重组成本表示战略转移的惯性因素,以战略转移预期收益表示战略转移的柔性因素,利用常态法得出组织资源对战略转移可能性影响的四方图。结论显示本研究对于解释前人研究结论中存在的分歧有一定帮助。

This paper researches the impact on strategic change possibility of organization resource, expresses the inertia factor of the strategic change through the reorganization cost of resources, expresses the flexible factor of strategic change with prospective earnings of the strategic change, utilizes the normality method to draw the square picture which expresses the possibility influence on the strategic change of organization resource. The conclusion makes this article helpful in solving the differences existed in prior studies.
