本文从我国企业信息化建设的现状问与题研究入手,提出三维立体企业信息化测度理论与方法,通过构建企业信息化发展指数、质量指数、能力指数指标体系,建立了企业信息化综合指数模型,突破了以往企业信息化测度只重水平而忽视信息化质量与可持续发展的情况。为"适度信息化"的企业信息化理念贯彻执行、信息化水平的横向与纵向比较、信息化结构的深入诊断和信息化建设的正确指导提供了科学的理论依据。
