数实融合下跨界创新联盟信任关系评估模型

摘要

信任是促进跨界创新联盟协同效率提升、推动跨界创新过程的关键,数实融合背景下区块链技术应用使得跨界创新联盟信任关系多源证据发生深刻复杂变化。本研究立足信任源理论与创新网络理论的协同整合,考虑区块链技术影响,构建基于证据理论的跨界创新联盟信任关系评估模型,并以C-ITS跨界创新联盟为案例进行实证分析。研究发现:(1)混合证据融合规则可以进一步提高跨界创新联盟信任融合结果的可靠性、降低不确定性;(2)跨界制度信任、同界特征信任与跨界过程信任对跨界创新联盟信任的影响效应依次递减,其中前者能够与后二者产生叠加效用;(3)不同信任水平下,增强信任资本的侧重点存在差异,信任资本匮乏时要重视跨界制度与同界特征信任的交互作用,在信任资本存量突破联盟基准线后则要更多关注跨界制度与跨界过程信任的耦合增强作用。本研究为跨界创新联盟充分利用区块链技术扩张信任资本提供参考,对加快实现跨界创新、生成新质态有重要理论及实践价值。

Abstract

Trust is a critical factor in enhancing the collaborative efficiency of cross-boundary innovation alliances and driving the process of cross-boundary innovation. Under the background of the integration of the digital and the real economy,the application of blockchain technology has triggered profound and intricate transformations in the multi-source evidence underpinning trust relationships within cross-boundary innovation alliances. This study,grounded in the integration of trust source theory and innovation network theory while incorporating the influence of blockchain technology,constructed an assessment model for trust relationships in cross-boundary innovation alliances based on evidence theory. An empirical analysis was conducted using the C-ITS cross-boundary innovation alliance as a case study. The research findings were as follows:(1) The hybrid evidence fusion rule significantly enhances the reliability of trust fusion results in cross-boundary innovation alliances and effectively mitigate uncertainty. (2) The impact of cross-boundary institutional trust,co-boundary feature trust,and cross-boundary process trust on the overall trust level in cross-boundary innovation alliances diminishes sequentially,with the former demonstrating a synergistic effect when combined with the latter two factors. (3) Under varying levels of trust,the focus on enhancing trust capital shifts accordingly. When trust capital is limited,emphasis should be placed on the interaction between cross-boundary institutional trust and co-boundary feature trust. Once the trust capital stock surpasses the alliance's benchmark threshold,greater attention should be directed toward the coupling enhancement effect between cross-boundary institutional trust and cross-boundary process trust. This research offers valuable insights for cross-boundary innovation alliances to leverage blockchain technology fully for expanding trust capital and holds significant theoretical and practical implications for accelerating cross-boundary innovation and fostering new qualitative productive forces.
