绿色变革型领导对突破性绿色创新的影响研究

摘要

突破性绿色创新是国家和企业实现“双碳”目标和可持续发展的重要途径。既有研究肯定了领导力对绿色创新的影响,却忽视了绿色变革型领导对激发高质量的突破性绿色创新的作用。基于资源协奏理论,本研究分析了绿色变革型领导、绿色研发投入、双元绿色学习与突破性绿色创新之间的关系,探究了绿色研发投入和双元绿色学习在绿色变革型领导与突破性绿色创新关系中的链式中介作用。采用混合分析方法对332家中国制造企业的数据进行分析,回归分析结果表明,绿色变革型领导不仅能直接影响突破性绿色创新,也可通过绿色研发投入、双元绿色学习间接影响突破性绿色创新,且绿色研发投入与双元绿色学习在绿色变革型领导与突破性绿色创新关系中存在链式中介作用;模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)得出三条实现高突破性绿色创新的路径。研究从资源协奏理论视角揭示了绿色变革型领导对突破性绿色创新的作用机理,为制造企业实现突破性绿色创新提供了理论指导和经验证据。

Abstract

Radical green innovation is the necessary path to truly achieve carbon neutrality and sustainable development for the country and firms. Existing studies have confirmed the impact of leadership on green innovation,but generally overlooked the role of green transformational leadership in stimulating high-quality radical green innovation. According to resource orchestration theory,this study analyzes the relationships among green transformational leadership,green research and development investment (GRDI),ambidextrous green learning and radical green innovation,and explores the chain mediating effect of GRDI and ambidextrous green learning. The data on 332 Chinese manufacturing firms is analyzed by using a mixed method. The regression analysis results indicate that green transformational leadership not only directly promote radical green innovation,but also indirectly affect it through GRDI and ambidextrous green learning,which play a chain mediation role in the above relationship. The results of fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) identify that three configurations lead to high radical green innovation. The findings reveal the mechanism of the role of green transformational leadership in radical green innovation from the resource orchestration perspective,and provides theoretical guidance and empirical evidence for manufacturing firms to achieve radical green innovation.
