高价值专利驱动的技术搜索对国际创业高质量发展影响研究

Research on the impacts of high-value patent-driven technology search on the high-quality development of international entrepreneurship

摘要：    高价值专利驱动的技术搜索促进国际创业企业的知识获取与技术创新，对于国际创业高质量发展有重要意义。现有研究无法解决国际创业企业在有限资源的约束下利用技术搜索策略以实现高质量发展的问题，且忽略了制度距离对其的影响。本文基于重组搜索理论和制度理论，以中国具有高价值专利的国际创业企业为样本，选取其2008—2022年间的面板数据，探究技术搜索广度、技术搜索深度对于国际创业高质量发展的影响，以及正式制度距离、非正式制度距离在其中的调节作用。研究发现：（1）高价值专利驱动的技术搜索广度对国际创业高质量发展有倒U型影响，高价值专利驱动的技术搜索深度对国际创业高质量发展有正向影响。（2）正式制度距离对于技术搜索广度与国际创业高质量发展之间倒U型关系起正向调节作用，即加强其倒U型关系，且正向调节技术搜索深度与国际创业高质量发展之间的正向关系。（3）非正式制度距离对于技术搜索广度与国际创业高质量发展之间倒U型关系起正向调节作用，即加强其倒U型关系，且正向调节技术搜索深度与国际创业高质量发展之间的正向关系。研究结论在一定程度上修正了技术搜索、制度距离与国际创业高质量发展之间的内在逻辑，拓展了高价值专利与国际创业研究的视角，对国际创业企业实现高质量发展具有一定启示作用。

Abstract:     It is of great significance for the high-quality development of international entrepreneurship that high-value patent-driven technology search promotes knowledge acquisition and technological innovation of international entrepreneurship. However, the existing research cannot solve the problem of international start-ups using technology search strategies to achieve high-quality development under the constraints of limited resources, and ignores the impact of institutional distance on them. Based on the recombinant search theory and institutional theory, this paper took China′s international start-ups with high-value patents as samples, selected their panel data from 2008 to 2022, and explored the impact of technology search breadth and depth on the high-quality development of international entrepreneurship, as well as the moderating role of formal institutional distance and informal institutional distance in it. The results showed that: (1) The breadth of technology search driven by high-value patents has an inverted U-shaped relationship with the high-quality development of international entrepreneurship, and the depth of technology search driven by high-value patents has a positive relationship with the high-quality development of international entrepreneurship; (2) The formal institutional distance plays a positive moderating role in the inverted U-shaped relationship between the breadth of technology search and the high-quality development of international entrepreneurship, that is, it strengthens its inverted U-shaped relationship, and positively moderates the positive relationship between the depth of technology search and the high-quality development of international entrepreneurship; (3) The informal institutional distance plays a positive moderating role in the inverted U-shaped relationship between the breadth of technology search and the high-quality development of international entrepreneurship, that is, it strengthens its inverted U-shaped relationship, and positively moderates the positive relationship between the depth of technology search and the high-quality development of international entrepreneurship. To a certain extent, the conclusions revised the internal logic between technology search, institutional distance and the high-quality development of international entrepreneurship, and expanded the perspective of high-value patents and international entrepreneurship research, and it had a certain enlightening effect on the realization of high-quality development of international entrepreneurship enterprises.
