数字创新生态可供性影响跨界创新的组态研究

Research on the configuration of the impact of digital innovation ecosystem affordance on cross-industry innovation

摘要:    处于边缘生态位的非核心企业,如何利用数字创新生态组织赋能扭转边缘地位,实现跨界创新发展,是广泛汇聚企业力量,发展新质生产力的重要理论与现实议题。然而,现有研究多关注数字技术对跨界创新的作用效应,缺乏关注基于数字技术所形成的数字创新生态组织可供性的影响效应。研究基于可供性理论与“架构-战略-环境”组织理论经典框架,运用fs/QCA分析方法探究数字创新生态可供性赋能非核心企业实现跨界创新的多重路径。研究发现:数字创新生态组织能够为企业战略愿景的实现提供行动潜能,但处于生态边缘的非核心企业仅借助单一维度可供性难以实现跨界创新,需叠加利用数字技术架构可供性、数字创新生态环境可供性和数字创新战略多维策略,支撑非核心企业挖掘跨行业技术嫁接潜能,并转化为有效行动进而实现跨界创新目标,包括:数字分布可供性(离散知识型、动态联盟型)与数字重组可供性(错位重组型、裂变重组型)两类主导逻辑及4条细分路径。研究结论贡献于数字创新生态可供性与跨界创新研究的理论融合,为明晰非核心企业实现跨行业创新跃升提供实践启示。

Abstract:    How to use digital innovation ecological organizations to empower non-core enterprises in marginal ecological niches to reverse their marginal status and achieve cross-industry innovation development is an important theoretical and practical issue for widely gathering enterprise strength and developing new quality productivity. However, existing research mostly focused on the impact of digital technology on cross-border innovation, lacking attention to the affordance of digital innovation ecosystem organizations formed on digital technology. Based on the classic framework of affordance theory and the "architecture, strategy, environment" organizational theory, this study used the fs/QCA analysis method to explore the multiple paths through which the affordance of digital innovation ecology empowers non-core enterprises to achieve cross-industry innovation. The research found that digital innovation ecosystem organizations can provide action potential for the realization of corporate strategic visions, but non-core enterprises on the edge of the ecosystem cannot achieve cross-industry innovation solely through a single dimension of affordance. It is necessary to combine the availability of digital technology architecture, the availability of the digital innovation ecosystem environment, and the multidimensional strategy of digital innovation strategy to support non-core enterprises in exploring the potential of cross-industry technology grafting and transforming it into effective actions to achieve cross-industry innovation goals, including two dominant logics and four sub-paths: digital distribution availability (discrete knowledge type, dynamic alliance type) and digital recombination availability (dislocation recombination type, fission recombination type). The research conclusion will contribute to the theoretical integration of the affordance of digital innovation ecology and cross-industry innovation research, and provide practical inspiration for non-core enterprises to achieve cross-industry innovation leap.
