制造业中小企业平台数据化能力对颠覆式创新的影响研究

Research on the impact of platform digitization capability on disruptive innovations in the manufacturing small and medium-sized enterprises

摘要：     数字化转型对于现阶段我国制造企业意义重要但繁复且挑战，然而现有研究往往忽视数字化转型伊始的阶段特征与能力侧重，引致对企业创新产出影响的阶段匹配、作用机制与边界条件研究不足。聚焦企业数字化转型的初始阶段，本文基于373份企业调查的样本数据，实证检验并揭示了制造业中小企业平台数据化能力促进颠覆式创新的影响机制，提出了“平台数据化能力—资源重构—颠覆式创新”的理论模型。结果显示：制造业中小企业的平台数据化能力对颠覆式创新有显著的促进作用；资源重构在平台数据化能力与颠覆式创新关系中起到部分中介作用；协调柔性与结构正式化在平台数据化能力对颠覆式创新的影响关系中起到正向调节作用，资源柔性未能调节平台数据化能力对颠覆式创新的影响。本文研究结论丰富并拓展了制造业中小企业平台数据化能力与颠覆式创新间作用机制与边界条件的探索，为企业有节奏有侧重地进行数字化转型与提升创新效益提供理论支持与借鉴。

Abstract:     Digitalization transformation is an important strategic choice for enterprises to comply with the development and requirements of digital era. However, exploring how digital transformation process matches the corresponding capabilities to improve innovation performance in a more fine-grained way needs more attention. Focusing on the initial phase of digital transformation and taking manufacturing small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) in China as study objects, this paper conducted a quantitative empirical study in exploring the mechanism of platform digitization capability impacting disruptive innovation in SMEs based on 373 samples, and raised a novel theoretical framework. The findings of this study are summarized as follows: platform digitization capability has a significant role in promoting disruptive innovation in SMEs; resource reconfiguration plays a mediating role in the relationship between platform digitization capability and disruptive innovation in SMEs; coordination flexibility and structural formalization play positive moderating roles in the relationship between platform digitization capability and disruptive innovation, while resource flexibility fails to moderate the impact of platform digitalization capability on disruptive innovation in SMEs. This research has enriched and expanded the studies in exploring the interaction mechanism and boundary conditions between platform digitization capability and disruptive innovation in SMEs, and will provide some theoretical supports and references for enterprises to carry out digital transformation and improve innovation efficiency according to routine.
