研发投入对绿色创新效率的异质门槛效应 -基于中国高技术产业的经验研究?

R&D Intensity, Enterprise Scale and Green innovation efficiency of High-tech Industries-base on Super- SBM and threshold effect

摘要: 本文基于2006-2012年省级面板数据,采用Super-SBM模型测度环境约束下中国高技术产业绿色创新效率;在此基础上构建门槛模型实证分析R&D投入强度对其产生的影响。结果表明:Super-SBM模型度量的高技术产业绿色创新效率符合实际,八大经济区域高技术产业绿色创新效率存在地域差异;以企业规模为门槛变量,R&D投入强度对高技术产业绿色创新效率具有双重门槛效应,市场环境、政府资助、产业集聚均与高技术产业绿色创新效率显著正相关,而劳动者素质影响不明显。

Abstract: The article analysis the green innovation efficiency about high-tech industries by Super-SBM model with China’s High-tech panel data between 2006 and 2012, study on R&D investment Intensity how to impact on the green innovation efficiency about high-tech industries by the nonlinear threshold model. The research show that: measure the innovation efficiency using Super-SBM model is more actual, the eight zone’s green innovation efficiency exist great differences. The double threshold effects of the R&D investment Intensity on green innovation efficiency with the enterprise scale as the threshold variable, Government behavior, market environment, Industrial assemble have significant positive effect with the innovation efficiency while human capital have not play obvious effect.
