技术标准联盟伙伴关系与联盟绩效的关联研究

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 技术标准联盟伙伴关系是影响联盟创新绩效的关键要素。本文从信任、关系承诺和依赖性等方面构建联盟伙伴关系测度指标体系,并利用结构方程模型实证检验技术标准联盟伙伴关系对联盟绩效的影响程度。实证结果表明信任、关系承诺、依赖性对技术标准联盟绩效均有显著的促进作用,而联盟绩效又对伙伴依赖性具有重要的影响。

Abstract: Technical standard alliance partner relationship is an important factor that influences alliance performance. The alliance partner relationship measure index in terms of trust, commitment, and dependency is designed, then the interaction between technical standard alliance partner relationship and alliance performance is studied using a structural equation model. Empirical results show that trust, commitment, and dependency have an obvious boost effect on alliance performance, and alliance performance plays an important role in strengthening alliance partner interdependence.
