摘要： 机遇发现近年来受到企业界和学术界越来越多的关注,本文在总结机遇发现相关文献基础上,阐述了机遇及其发现过程的需求、供给和运作三个核心维度并构建了机遇发现的DSO三维空间模型,研究了机遇发现的路径图式,对机遇发现路径演化的作用力进行了微观建模,通过分析机遇发现维度与决策的相互作用,建立了机遇发现路径演化机制模型,分析讨论了一个电信行业企业的机遇发现实例,最后对研究结论进行了总结并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract: Recently, opportunity discovery has gained great attractions from business and academic circles. Based on literatures on opportunity discovery, three core dimensions of demand, supply, and operation for opportunity and its discovery process are illustrated, a DSO-3D space model of opportunity discovery is constructed, and the route schema of opportunity discovery is investigated, then the acting force of route evolution is modeling from a microscopic view. By studying the interactions between the three dimensions and decision makings, a mechanism model of opportunity discovery route evolution is proposed, and a case of opportunity discovery of an enterprise in telecommunication industry is discussed, finally, the conclusions are drawn and the perspective for future work is presented.
