摘要： 本文概述了法国风险投资的发展进程,分析了其成功的原因,在此基础上得出了发展我国风险投资产业的若干启示。

Abstract: The paper summarizes the development process of France venture capital, analyses its reasons of success in detail. According to the reasons, the authors discuss several apocalypses on the development of venture capital in China.
