摘要： 利用生态位理论,探讨了物流市场的细分,分析了三种典型的第三方物流企业在物流市场生态位的最佳分布以及它们之间的竞争合作关系,指出第三物流联盟是物流企业"竞合"的典范;并从生存力、协调发展力和竞争力三个层面建立了第三方物流联盟的生态位结构模型,为第三方物流的研究提供了新视角。

Abstract: Base on the theory of ecological niche, the logistics market was subdivided into three parts. The optimal position of three typical third party logistics (TPL) enterprises was analyzed in the ecological niche of logistics market environment. The relationship between competition and cooperation of TPL was probed in the article, and the conclusion was drawn that the TPL alliance is the optimal interorgnization form in the course of "co-oporation". The ecological niche structure model of TPL alliance was set up from three layers: living force, coordinated developing force and competition force. A new view was presented for the study of TPL.
