摘要： 摘要：以武汉大学中国科学评价研究中心推出的中国高校科技创新竞争力评价指标体系为例，利用其最近三年积累的评价指标数据，提出一种对评价指标体系尤其是权重进行优化的思路和方法，并经检验表明其是科学和合理的。这种思路和方法不仅适用于科研评价领域，对其他领域评价指标体系的优化亦具有一定的借鉴意义和参考利用价值。

关键词: 科研评价, 优化方法, 客观权重, 主观权重, 综合集成

Abstract: Abstract: Taking the case of the indicator system for scientific and technological innovation competitiveness evaluation of Chinese universities that the research center for Chinese science evaluation of Wuhan University designed as an example, a kind of optimization idea and method for the indicator system, especially the weights are brought forward by using the indicator data in the last three years, and further tests indicate that it was scientific and reasonable. It is believed that this kind of optimization idea and method not only is adaptable to the field of science research evaluation, but also has a positive significance and reference value for the optimization of evaluating indicator system in other areas.
