制造服务导入下同质汽配供应商合作效应分析

摘要: 摘要:为探讨汽配供应多样化模式下供应商成本优化问题,在Lotka-Volterra模型基础上建立利益增长模型,分析了制造服务企业与多供应商的合作效应,以Shapley值法分析利益分配模式,提出了一种多汽配供应商与制造服务企业合作模式,并结合示例进行了验证。结果表明:供应商利用服务外包,制造服务企业实施专业化分工,可以实现对多汽配供应商价值链的优化,有利于降低供应商运作成本,促进总体利益的增加,制造服务企业对增加的总体利益进行合理分配,参与合作的各成员的利益均得到了提高。

Abstract: Abstract: In order to discuss the cost optimization of auto parts suppliers under diversified supply mode, a interest growth model is set up based on the Lotka-Volterra model to analyze the cooperation effect and Shapley value method is applied to analyze the interest distribution mode among multi-supplier and one manufacturing service firm. A new cooperation mode is put forward and an example is given for testifying. The results show that the value chain of multi-supplier can be optimized and the cost can be reduced if the suppliers outsource and manufacturing service firm finishes the specialized division. Each member’s benefit can be enhanced if the manufacturing service firm distributes the increased profit appropriately.
