摘要:   企业知识团队是企业知识创新的重要载体。本文首先分析了两种不同企业知识团队——“同血型”和“混血型”知识团队的生成过程,并建立了生成模型。在此基础上,分析了两类企业知识团队知识创新的机制,认为是由互馈机制、弥补机制、催化机制、保障机制、协同演化机制及控制机制组合而成,并建立了两类企业知识团队知识创新的模型。

Abstract:   Abstract: Enterprise knowledge team is the main carrier of knowledge innovation. The production of two types of enterprise knowledge team is explored: the type of single blood and the type of multi-blood. It also builds the production model to help analyses. On the basis of these two different types, it further demonstrates the mechanism of these two different enterprise knowledge teams and constructs the knowledge innovation model. The knowledge innovation mechanism is made up from feedback mechanism, remedy mechanism, catalytic mechanism, safeguard mechanism, coordinational evolution mechanism, and management mechanism.
