摘要：   本文通过一个简单的函数模型论证了公司核心竞争力的本质是隐性知识，公司核心竞争力的形成过程是隐性知识创新过程，其中组织学习方式和公司能力的提升在公司核心竞争力形成过程中发挥着重要作用。

Abstract: Via a simple functional model, it is proofed that the essence of corporate core competence is tacit knowledge, and the evolution process of corporate core competence is tacit knowledge creation, among them, the organizational learning mode and the upgrading of corporate capability play the vital role. . 27 Refs In Chinese
