技术进步下我国分行业劳动生产率的演进研究

The sector comparison of labor consumption in the technological progress

摘要:   摘要:本文以国家统计局发布的1990~2002年各个统计年度的中国投入产出表为数据基础,运用投入产出模型,对中国17个主要部门劳动生产率的变化情况进行了计算,并与全社会的技术进步水平做了比较分析,结果表明:从1990年到2002年期间各个部门的劳动生产率都呈现出不同幅度的提高,而且其提高幅度均大于技术进步的增长幅度;从长期来看,我国的劳动生产率的提高与社会的技术进步表现出很强的相关性,技术进步推动劳动生产率的提高;但从短期来看,某一时段的劳动生产率变化还受到除技术进步之外的诸如政策等因素的很大影响。

Abstract: Based on the input-output data during the period of 1990-2002 released by the National Bureau of Statistics in China, by using the input-output model, the changes of labor productivity among 17 major sectors of China and the relationship between labor productivity and technological progress rate are analyzed. The results show that the labor productivity of 17 sectors increased more or less in 1990-2002, which reflects the fact that the labor productivity level increased wholly. And the labor productivity growth rate was overhead the technology progress rate. From the long-term perspective, the productivity growth rate presents a strong correlation with the technological progress rate; but from the short-term perspective, the productivity change is greatly affected by other factors besides the technological progress in a particular time.
