摘要： 摘要：信息技术（IT）的普及使得企业对IT的投资快速增长，如何从IT投资中获取相应的价值回报成为企业董事会和高层管理者关注的问题之一。本文明确了IT投资治理的概念，总结出主要的治理组织形式，并依据企业总部，业务部门和IT部门的三个维度建立了企业总部负责制、总部与业务部门共同负责制，以及IT与业务主管共同负责制等五种治理模式，并结合案例进行深入分析，以期能对我国企业的IT投资实践提供参考。

Abstract:     Abstract: Based on the theory of IT investment governance, a new idea on IT investment governance is put forward. The essential meaning of IT investment governance is clarified and five types of governance modes are suggested. Finally, one case is investigated to help the understanding.
