摘要：     专利是企业一项重要的无形资产，有效评估其价值对企业具有重大意义。基于专利价值的时效性、不确定性和模糊性，本文尝试建立一个科学的专利价值评估指标体系，用层次分析法计算指标的权重，再用模糊综合评价法得出专利的现时货币价值量，以期为企业专利价值评估提供一种新思路。

Abstract:     Patents are important intangible assets for enterprises. So it is significant for enterprises to evaluate the patent value efficiently. Since patent value is time-limited, uncertain, and illegible, it is attempted to construct a scientific evaluation indicator system of patent value, apply Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to assign the weights of indicators, and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to compute the present currency value of patent. A new thinking for evaluating patent value of enterprise is offered.
