摘要：   经过多年的运行以其网络化的高效快捷、经济的方式，伴随科学基金各个阶段发展在基金管理中发挥的重要作用，成为一种新型的组织模式。通过总结分析地区联络网组织形式的发展历程，从正式和非正式制度的角度探讨联络网这一特殊的组织形式。

Abstract: A study on the organizational system for the regional liaison network of NSFC Abstract: By the means of formal and informal institutional development, the NSFC’s regional liaison network has played an important and unique role in the fund management.
