摘要: 为了从城市层面定量验证数字经济对城市创新能力的赋能作用,基于2011—2016年286个主要地级市的样本数据,运用固定效应模型和分位数回归模型实证分析了数字经济对城市创新能力的影响以及人才集聚和金融发展的调节作用。这一结论在剔除特殊城市样本,选取历史数据作为工具变量,更换被解释变量等稳健性检验后仍然成立。研究表明:数字经济能够显著提升城市创新能力,对于创新能力越高的城市,数字经济对城市创新能力的赋能作用越明显,从而导致城市间创新能力差距扩大;创新环境(人才集聚和金融发展)在数字经济与城市创新能力二者关系中发挥了正向调节作用,即在人才集聚程度或金融发展水平较高的城市,数字经济对城市创新能力的赋能作用更为明显。政府应以人才集聚和金融发展为抓手,加速城市数字化转型与创新;此外,应重视数字经济会扩大城市间创新能力差距这一现象,在促进数字经济驱动城市创新发展过程中,加强城市间帮扶与合作,避免发展不平衡。
