团队成员积极情感特质对工作满意度的影响

Effect of Team member's Positive Affectivity on Job Satisfaction

摘要: 随着团队协作研究的深入,团队成员交换和领导成员交换等团队交换变量越来越受关注。本研究对团队交换关系在团队成员积极情感特质与工作满意度间的作用进行了探索,并分析了回报警觉性的调节作用。结果表明:团队交换关系在积极情感特质和工作满意度间起部分中介作用,回报警觉性调节了团队交换关系在积极情感特质与工作满意度关系中的中介作用。研究结论对理解团队成员积极情感特质在组织关系中的作用具有借鉴意义。

Abstract: Abstract: With the progress of teamwork study, team exchanges, such as team member exchange and leader-member exchange relationship became the focus of this area. This study tested the role of team exchange variables on the relationship between team member’s positive affectivity and job satisfaction, and analyzed the moderating effects of reciprocal wariness. Results demonstrated that team exchanges partly mediated the relationship between positive affectivity and job satisfaction. Reciprocal wariness moderated the mediated effects among team exchanges, positive affectivity, and job satisfaction. Implications for the future study were also discussed.
