技术进步、产业结构与中国工业碳排放

Technological progress, industrial structure and China’s industrial carbon emissions

摘要: 本文在拓展环境效应分解模型基础上,运用差分模型将碳排放变动的环境效应分解为规模效应、结构效应、环保技术效应、生产技术效应、混合技术效应、结构生产技术、结构环保技术以及整体效应等因素,以考察1998-2010年技术进步、工业产业结构和能源结构调整对中国工业碳减排的贡献程度,结论显示:生产技术效应、结构效应能显著降低工业碳排放,而规模效应、结构生产技术对工业碳减排存在明显的负面影响;相对于高排放行业而言,生产技术效应、结构效应对中低排放行业的积极作用更为显著。

Abstract: This paper divides the environmental effect of carbon emissions change into scale effect, structure effect, environment protection technology effect, production technology effect, mixed technology effect, structural production technology effect, structural environment protection technology effect, and overall effect by means of difference models based on extension of the decomposition model of environmental effects, which aims at empirically analyzing the contribution of technological progress, the adjustment of industrial structure and energy structure to carbon emissions reduction in China's industrial sectors from 1998 to 2010. The conclusions reveal that production technology effect and structure effect obviously reduce the industrial carbon emissions; on the contrary, scale effect and structural production technology effect evidently increase the industrial carbon emissions. In addition, compared with high carbon emissions industries, the positive influence of production technology effect and structure effect in middle and low carbon emissions industries are more obvious.
