摘要： 现有的研究通常是从单纯的本地化、全球化以及两者互动的角度研究集群升级问题,本文以基于本地化、区域化与全球化空间整合的集群升级为研究视角,综合运用产业经济学、经济地理学、区域经济学理论,论述基于多层空间整合的产业集群升级机理;在对产业集群本地化、区域化与全球化的高级化途径及其空间自然演化次序分析的基础上,分别提炼出内生型与外生型产业集群基于多层次空间协同整合的升级模式与路径。分析的结论拓展了地方产业集群升级的研究领域,为地方政府制定与实施相关升级政策提供思路与理论依据。

Abstract: Based on the existing research, the research on cluster upgrade is usually at the angle of simple localization, globalization, or the interaction between two of them. An unique and innovative perspective based on localization, regionalization and globalization of space integrated cluster is adopted, and economic geography, industrial economics, and regional economics are also comprehensively used, the multi-cluster update mechanism based on multiple-layer space integration is revealed and discussed; on the basis of the analysis on cluster localization, regionalization, and globalization means and natural evolution of upgrading space, the multi-level space-based model and upgrade path of both endogenous and exogenous types clusters are extracted, respectively. The results not only expand the research area on the upgrade of the local industry cluster, but also provide a new method for local governments to develop and implement policies related to cluster upgrades.
