摘要: 摘要:资源基础观认为是资源的特性或者异质性决定了企业绩效和竞争优势,本文试图从企业对于资源管理的角度来分析企业资源对于绩效的影响。本文通过文献综述和访谈确定了企业资源管理的五个维度,即企业资源获取管理、信息搜集和分析管理、企业产品和资源释放管理、企业内部组织管理以及外部关系协调管理。通过二阶验证性因子分析,本文实证了这五个维度构成了企业资源管理的内容。而后本文又通过结构方程模型验证企业资源管理和绩效之间呈显著正相关关系,并分析了企业经营历史和企业规模对于上述关系的影响。最后本文讨论了上述分析对于资源基础理论和企业管理实践的启示。

Abstract: Abstract: The Resource-Based View (RBV) asserts that firms gain and sustain competitive advantages by deploying valuable resources and capabilities which are inelastic in supply. The impact of firm’s resource on its performance is analyzed from the perspective of resource management. By interviewing with managers, the dimensions of resource management construct are identified, that is, resource acquirement, information collection and analysis, product and resource release, internal integration as well as external coordination. These fivedimensions of resource management are examined by second order confirmatory factor analysis, and then its relation with firm performance is empirically tested. It is found that resource management actions are critical to achieve and sustain the competitive advantage, and this relation is moderated by firm size and length of operations. Theoretical and managerial implications are discussed.
