摘要： 本文提出了一个关于企业持续成长路径的一般性分析框架,认为企业持续成长过程中创新力和控制力的均衡是指两力在适当的对象、适当的时机、适当的方法以及适当的力度四个方面的均衡,企业的持续成长就是创新力和控制力的统一朝着最优均衡状态不断逼近的过程。文章认为企业持续成长的关键在于建立完善的企业创新体系和企业创新推动型控制体系,并实现两者之间的有机融合。

Abstract: A general analysis framework is presented; and it is inclined to think that the equilibrium between innovation ability and control ability in the process of enterprise durative growth means that there is an optimal equilibrium among suitable object, opportunity, method and intensity of the two abilities. And the durative growth of enterprises is the process that the integration of innovation ability and control ability continuously approaches to the optimal equilibrium. Finally, the key for enterprise durative growth are the establishment of the perfect innovation system and the innovation-push control system of enterprises, and the realization of the two system organic integration.
