摘要： 大量学者就区域创新系统的主体属性、联系、创新过程以及影响因素等作了相当深入的研究。尽管可达性是提升创新绩效的关键因素,但可达性与创新之间的关系一直被研究者所忽视。在本文中,作者试图提供一个有意义、操作性强的可达性概念,来说明在可达性,技术扩散以及区域创新系统构建之间存在密切互动关系。我们还将注重讨论不同区域的不同可达性对连贯区域创新系统的影响。

关键词: 可达性, 中心区域, 边缘区域, 区域创新系统

Abstract: The current literatures stress on the nature of actors and the interaction between them as an important aspect of regional innovation system. The meaningful operations of the accessibility concept in the innovation process is provided.It is a strong case for the hypothesis that there is a close link between regional accessibility,technological diffusion and the performance of regional innovation systems.A discussion of the type of opportunities relevant to have accessibility for different regions is also contained.
