摘要： 总结了我国风险投资现状及所起的作用;分析了当前我国风险投资面临的重大发展机遇,特别是实施自主创新战略带来的巨大的发展空间;提出了发展风险投资、促进自主创新能力提升的五项对策。

Abstract: The current status of China's venture capital and its effect are summarized, the great opportunity faced by China's venture capital, especially its tremendous developing space caused by the independent innovation strategy is analyzed, Five strategies for accelerating the ability of independent innovation through developing venture capital are put forward.
