摘要： 当今我国学界学术评奖活动中的失范行为时有发生,一个重要的原因是我国学术奖励制度存在缺陷。本文对学术奖励制度的概念、主要缺陷及其创新措施进行了探究。

Abstract: The anomie actions often happen in the field of our country's academic reward nowadays, one important reason is that objections exist in the academic reward system. The paper makes a thorough inquiry of the concept of academic evaluation system and analyses its objections as well as puts forward the main measures to innovate the academic reward system.
