摘要： 简述了系统方法论(SM)和决策研究范式(DP)思维演化过程,分析评述了SM与DP的内在对应关系。进一步,探讨了在面向复杂系统(CS)问题决策的研究中,新系统方法论对决策研究范式发展的启发和指导作用。

Abstract: Based on the brief understandings of the development of System Methodology(SM) and Decision Paradigm (DP), a review of the intrinsic relations between SM and DP is given out. Then, the paper discusses the guidance and illumination functions of new system methodologies e.g. Integrated System Methodology (ISM) to develop a new DP called CP, which is mainly faced to Complex System (CS) problems.
