摘要: 摘要:DBR生产计划与控制技术是制约因素理论( TOC)应用于企业生产系统管理的具体工具。企业生产系统中缓冲大小的设置将直接影响产品的生产提前期和系统的有效产出,从而最终影响产品的市场竞争力。在一般的制造系统环境中,常常有一些波动因素影响整个系统的产出,本文在考虑机器故障率、机器故障修复率等影响制造系统产出的波动因素的基础上,结合再制造系统中废旧品损毁情况的不确定,从而导致零部件可再利用率的不确定以及某些零部件加工时产生回流生产的特性,基于DBR理论在再制造系统中设置瓶颈缓冲、回流缓冲以及出货缓冲,建立一套完整的再制造缓冲模型控制机制,用于解决再制造系统中的不确定性因素对系统的影响问题。最后通过对废旧发动机的算例分析,表明利用该方法设置的缓冲能够合理地安排订单生产计划和提高系统瓶颈工序的利用率。

Abstract: Abstract: Drum-Buffer-Ropel(DBR) approach is the management tool for the TOC applied to a production system. The size of the buffers in DBR has a great impact on the lead time and system throughput, thus ultimately affects the competitive edge of products. In a remanufacturing system, there are some uncertainties that influence the whole system throughput. Considering the effects of machine failure rate, the maintenance rate, and the uncertainty of the recovery products’ quality, based on the DBR theory, a complete remanufacturing buffer model control mechanism is established to solve the uncertainties existing in the remanufacturing system. Finally, a calculated example proves that three kinds of buffer designed by the method can effectively arrange the production planning and improve the resource utilization of the bottleneck operation.
