摘要: 摘要:基于“企业战略、环境间存在一致性”这一基本理论观点,提出在集中度特征层面同时检验战略同需求的被动一致性关系及战略同供应的主动一致性关系,并通过上市公司相关数据的一般相关分析、分类相关分析,证实了在消费品行业等背景下战略集中度同需求集中度呈强正向被动一致性关系;在高需求集中度等前提下战略集中度同供应集中度呈弱负向主动一致性关系,从而在揭示了战略同环境的双向一致性关系在集中度层面客观存在的同时,也表明了两种一致性关系在形式和内涵上存在本质差异。

Abstract: Abstract: The hypotheses of active and passive congruence between strategy, demand, and supply based on the characteristic of focus level are put forward according to the basic congruence theory, which are validated based on the data from listed companies and applying the general and classified correlation analysis to. The conclusion is that there is a strong positive relationship between focus level of strategy and demand under the background of consumable industry and there is a weak negative relationship between focus level of strategy and supply in the condition of demand concentration, it demonstrates the form and conception difference between the two congruence relationships.
