摘要: 摘要:随着3G时代的到来,移动通信行业的竞争越来越激励,及时并且有效地推出创新产品已经成为企业获得长久竞争优势的驱动力,本文首先深入分析了移动通信产品的特点,提出了适用于该类型产品的价值评价指标体系结构,并利用层次分析法确定产品该模型的具体权重,对其进行实例说明和验证,结果表明所设计的分析模型能够比较准确地用于移动通信产品的创新性评价。

Abstract: Abstract: As the 3G era coming, the competition becomes intense in the mobile communication industry, the presenting new products timely and efficiently has become a driving force of long-term competitive advantage between enterprises. Firstly, the characteristics of mobile communication products are in-depth analyzed, and a set of evaluation model for new products is designed. Then the specific weight is confirmed by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the model is applied and verified by examples and explained in detail. The results show that the evaluation model can evaluate the quality of innovation quite accurately for new products in mobile communication industry.
