摘要: 摘要:针对奥运通信保障工程多项目存在诸多不确定影响因素、并具典型工程多项目管理特征的复杂巨系统,以及多项目资源平衡问题,作者重点研究和提出了采用启发式算法,以及EXCEL建模,建立了多项目资源平衡数据模型。通过实证研究证明,该方法能够有效地解决奥运通信保障工程多项目资源平衡实际问题。

Abstract: Abstract: Aiming at the many uncertain factors involving group projects for telecommunication guarantee engineerings of olympics, considering the fact that the engineering is a complex giant system possessing the typical characteristics of group project management and the resource balance of group engineering project, the use of heuristic algorithms, EXCEL modeling are mainly studied and put forward and the data model on resource balance of group project is established. Empirical studies have shown that this method can effectively solve practical problems involving resource balance of group project for Olympic telecommunication guarantee engineering.
