摘要： 摘要：本文分析了地区科学基金设立以来的申请与资助情况，分析了其资助特点和发展趋势，并结合地区科学基金的定位调整和实地调研情况，提出了完善地区科学基金资助管理模式的一些思考和建议。

Abstract: Abstract: The general situation for applying and funding the Fund for Less Developed Regions(FLDRs) was analyzed, and the character and trends of FLDR were discussed. Based on the adjustment of the mission of FLDR and a fact-finding investigation, some policy recommendations were put forward to improve the funding mechanism of FLDR.
