摘要: 摘要:当前组织知识创造在现代企业运作中的重要性正越发显著,同时复杂性理论在组织科学研究中的应用也愈加广泛。在此背景下,本文尝试将复杂适应系统(CAS)理论应用于组织知识创造的影响因素研究,认为理想的组织知识创造应该是一个复杂适应系统,继而基于系统的涌现现象动因和复杂性来源,提炼出主体适应性、主体间交互、系统开放性、标识、多样性和自组织共六点影响因素,既可以帮助我们更好地理解组织知识创造的关键动因,也可以给未来的实证分析和建模仿真研究打下基础。

Abstract: Abstract: Knowledge creation is becoming more and more significant to the success of business organizations, and the applications of complexity theory are increasing in organizational science researches. Under this background, the facilitating factors for organizational knowledge creation are analyzed by applying Complex Adaptive System (CAS) theory. An ideal Organizational Knowledge Creation System(OKCS) should be a CAS. Then based on the cause of system emergence phenomenon and the origin of complexity, six factors facilitating organizational knowledge creation are summarized, that is, agent adaptation, interaction between agents, system openness, tagging, diversity, and self-organization. These factors will help further understanding the main drivers of organizational knowledge creation and providing a foundation for empirical and computational modeling research in future.
