摘要: 为科学评价中国固体业技术创新体系对环境的适应性和对技术创新推动的有效性,需要建立一个科学完善评价体系的来考察技术创新体系的绩效。本文通过分析中国固体业技术创新体系动态评价的目标,提出了相应的评价指标体系,建立了基于全要素生产率和BP神经网络的创新体系动态评价模型,并利用统计数据对1996年~2003年中国固体矿产业技术创新水平和影响因素的评价进行了实证分析。

Abstract: To evaluate the technology innovation system of Chinese solid mine indnstry how to adapt the environment and push the innovation effectively, an evaluation system is designed to measure the performance of technology innovation. The objectives for the technology innovation appraisement system are analyzed, the evaluation system is put forward, and the evaluation model based on the total factor productivity and BP neural network is built. Using the statistical data, the empirical study is made to evaluate Chinese solid mine industry technical innovation level and determinants from 1996 to 2003.
