摘要/Abstract

摘要： 人力资本积累的程度决定着城镇化建设的水平, 识别人力资本积累的影响因素是实现人力资本积累的首要问题。本文基于我国新型城镇化的发展特点及人力资本积累的现有研究成果, 识别新型城镇化背景下我国人力资本积累的影响因素, 运用熵值法和DEMATEL相结合的方法, 构建影响因素识别模型, 从中心度与原因度两个视角对新型城镇化背景下人力资本积累的影响因素进行分析。通过实证研究测算各指标对我国人力资本积累的影响程度及其作用关系, 为转型期我国人力资本积累方式选择提供前瞻性的决策支持依据。

Abstract: The degree of human capital accumulation determines the level of urbanization, and to identify the factors affecting human capital accumulation is the key to achieving human capital accumulation. Based on the development characteristics of China’s new urbanization and the existing research results of human capital accumulation, this paper identifies the influence factors of China’s human capital accumulation under the background of new urbanization. It builds up the identifying model of influence factors with entropy and DEMATEL, which analyzes the influence factors of China’s human capital accumulation under the background of new urbanization from the perspectives of both reason degree and center degree. According to the empirical research, it estimates the influencing degree of the indexes and the relationship among the factors, and provides the prospective decision for choosing China’s human capital accumulation mode in the transition period.
