摘要: 企业创新绩效作为企业技术创新能力的重要表征受到管理层和学术界的广泛关注,然而当前对于企业创新绩效测评尚存分歧,主要表现为统一的或普适性的企业创新绩效评价方案尚不存在。本文通过对企业创新绩效相关研究的总结,从企业创新绩效影响因素与提升路径识别、企业创新绩效测度与评价等方面对企业创新绩效研究加以梳理和评述,指出现有研究不足及其产生原因,进而构建了基于“效率-产出”的企业创新绩效评价的综合性分析框架,以期为后续企业创新绩效测评相关研究指明方向。
