摘要： 如何利用全球制造网络当中的资源,并强化自身组织学习能力,进而有效地构建应对复杂动态环境的战略柔性？针对这一问题,本文整合社会网络理论与组织学习理论,采用长三角地区276家全球制造企业问卷调查数据,运用结构方程建模方法,发现企业网络嵌入是资源柔性的主要来源,而内部组织学习能力是协调柔性的主要来源。本文研究深化了网络和学习视角下的战略柔性前因理论研究,并为本土业如何利用全球制造网络有效地构建应对复杂动态环境的战略柔性提供了一定实践参考。

Abstract: How do firms acquire resources embedded in the Global Production Network, enhance organizational learning capacity, and thus improve the strategic flexibility in the complex environment? With respect to this question, this paper tries to integrate social network theory and organizational learning theory, and proposes thatthe firms' network embeddedness has a positive effect on resource flexibility, while organizational learning capability has a positive effect on coordination flexibility. These hypotheses have been supported by a sample of 276 manufactory firms in China. Our results have important theoretical and practical implications.
