科研人员向创业者转型路径的双案例研究

摘要促进科研人员转型为创业者是提高科技成果转化率的重要手段,但关于科研人员向创业者转型路径的研究较为少见。运用角色认同理论,构建了一个科研人员向创业者转型路径的理论模型,采用案例研究的方法,重点对两个科技创业者从科研人员向创业者转型的实际路径进行了深度的调查与剖析,提出大学驱动的矛盾创业者和反复型创业者两种创业路径。跨案例研究讨论了两位科技创业者的初始条件对创业转型的影响。研究结论丰富了科技创业理论,对科技创业者角色转型和科研管理部门制定相关政策具有实际的指导意义。

Abstract： Enhancing transition from scientific researcher to entrepreneur is one of significant means for increasing the transfer ratio of scientific and technological outcome. However, the literatures on this subject are few. A research model based on role identity theory is constructed for understanding the transition route from scientific researcher to entrepreneur. By using two entrepreneurs case studies, two models which are referred to university-driven contradictory entrepreneurs and roundabout entrepreneurs are put forward. The effects of the initial conditions for two types of entrepreneurs including conditions of technology, individual, and market are also discussed. The research findings have enriched the literatures on entrepreneurship. The findings are also practically instructive for scientific researcher to achieve role transition and for scientific research administrator to make relevant policies.
