基于认知观的创业机会评价研究

摘要: 机会评价是创业认知观的关键要素。对71名小企业创业者与82名企业管理者基于创业情景的机会评价研究发现:创业的机会评价过程中,创业者的认知机制是认知偏差系统作用于或通过风险知觉作用于机会评价;创业者比管理者运用了更多的认知偏差。

Abstract: It has been found that opportunity evaluation is a key factor in entrepreneurial cognitive theory.71 small business entrepreneurs and 82 corporate managers are investigated in terms of their evaluation to entrepreneurial opportunities.It is found that entrepreneurs' cognitive mechanism could be considered as a process.In the process,either entrepreneurs' cognitive biases directly or through their risk perception indirectly affected their opportunity evaluation.It is also found that entrepreneurs take more cognitive biases than corporate managers.
