开放创新体系与企业技术创新资源配置

摘要： 本文借鉴Henry Chesbrough提出的开放式创新范式,着重研究如何通过有效的创新管理和技术创新资源配置,避免创新的两难境地,提高企业技术创新能力。文章认为开放式创新模式能减小技术创新技术和市场的不确定性。开放创新体系下,技术创新将吸纳更多的创新要素,形成以创新利益相关者为基准的多主体创新模式。并融合上海宝钢集团的案例加以阐述。文章提出以全面创新投入替代研发投入来衡量企业技术创新水平将更为合理和完整。

Abstract: This paper focuses on the problem how to keep away from the dilemma through effective innovation management and good collocation of innovation resources. This paper considers that open innovation can reduce the uncertainty of technology and market. In the open innovation paradigm technology innovations are based on multi-beneficiaries. It will be more reasonable that we substitute total innovation investments for R&D investments to measure the level of technology innovation.
