摘要：   合理的利益分配机制是组建校企合作创新共同体的基础，是创新实现的重要保证。本文在利益分配混合模式的基础上，应用博弈论的相关理论建立了校企合作创新利益分配模型，并探寻了利益分配的最优合约安排。考虑到模型的可操作性和应用价值，本文提供了有关参数的估算方法。

Abstract: The reasonable profit distribution is essential for esteblishing the cooperative innovation community between universities and enterprises, and great importance to accomplish the innovation. Based on the profit distribution mix-mode and the correlative game theory, the profit distribution model of cooperative innovation between universities and enterprises is built up, and the optimum agreement for the interest distribution is explored. Considering the maneuverability and the application value of the model, the estimating method for related parameters is provided. . 8 Refs In Chinese   Science Research Management2008,29(1).8—13
