专利激增的驱动因素及机理分析

摘要: 本文从技术创新与专利的关系视角,借鉴相关理论模型,考虑到包容性、系统性和内在机理性等特点,构建了专利激增驱动因素分析模型——ECP模型;基于该模型,采用系统动力学的方法,对驱动因素作用于专利增长的机理进行了分析。最后对ECP模型的政策启示进行了分析。

Abstract: A 3-dimensional model, namely the Elements-Competence-Propensity Model, abbreviated as ECP model, is proposed which features in inclusiveness and systematicness in explaining patent surge issues. Any driving factor will exert an influence on patent growth via, at least, one of the 3 dimensions. Based on the ECP model, the driving paths and mechanisms of various factors on patent growth are revealed by means of the System Mechanics Method. An important implication of this paper is that, a good or health policy should start from improvement of elements input or/and innovation competence, rather than enhancement of patent propensity unilaterally.
