基于人才聚集效应的区域协同创新网络研究

A research on the regional collaborative innovation network based on the effect of talent aggregation

摘要: 从人才聚集效应视角,运用社会网络分析方法,以山西省为例,研究区域协同创新整体网络的网络密度及网络结构洞等网络特性,并进一步将整体网络进行了研究型和应用型的分类分析。结果表明:基于人才聚集效应的区域协同创新整体网络中,政府、高校和企业主体的网络密度均高于整体网络密度,科研院所网络密度较低,弱化了整体网络创新主体间协同创新的联系;展现了研究型与应用型协同创新网络的不同特征,两类协同创新网络创新主体间大致呈现对立式和包围式分布,人才聚集的凝聚力均明显不足。研究结论可以为中西部地区地方政府、高校、科研院所和企业在促进人才聚集,提升人才聚集效应,进而推动国家创新驱动战略深入发展等方面政策的制定提供参考。

Abstract: Based on the method of social network analysis, taking for Shanxi province for example, this paper studies the network characteristics of the whole network such as density and structure hole from the perspective of talent aggregation effect, and divides the whole network analysis into research and application. The results show that the densities of government, universities and enterprises are higher the whole network density, and the low density of the scientific research institutes network weaken the relationship between innovation subjects; besides these, this results show that the these two types of the collaborative innovation network appeared to vertical and surround distribution without enough talent aggregation cohesion. The research conclusions can be for the central and western regions of the local government, universities, research institutes and enterprises to provide the references for police making in promoting talent aggregation, improving talent aggregation effect, and promoting innovation-driven development.
